You are ready to start using CBD, but don't know which product is best for you, how much to take, or what it is for?

Let us walk you through the process so you can make an informed decision when determining the products that will work best for you.

What types of products are there and what do they do?
There are many ways to take, or use CBD. This guide will help you understand the various types of products, what they are taken for, and how much to take.

How much CBD should you take?
There are a few things to consider when determining what will be an effective amount of CBD for your situation, but first it is important understand milligrams.
All CBD products show how many milligrams of CBD are inside, but some people don't understand that the label is showing the total amount of CBD in the product, not per serving/dose. So, how do you make sure you're taking the correct amount?

The label will show you the amount of CBD per serving, or you can divide the total milligrams by the number of servings, to get you per serving total.

A good rule of thumb to determine your proper CBD dosage is to take 1–6MG of CBD for every 10 pounds of body weight based on the individual’s level of pain.

Most people say they feels the effects of CBD within 15-30 minutes. For some, the effects are not apparent or immediate. Before you give up, thinking CBD "doesn't work for you", try increasing the amount of CBD you are using, the type of product you're using (maybe a stronger tincture will work better than the soft gels, e.g.) and allowing a few days for your body to adjust until you find your ideal dosage.

It is very important to discuss your decision to take CBD with your physician or healthcare professional. Do not stop taking any medication prescribed by your doctor without consulting them first. An open, honest dialog with your doctor about CBD and your health is highly recommended.
